Rules to process a ticket for Custodian

Dear user,
Each ticket will be attended as soon as possible based on our priorities.
Sometimes the support team will request further information to the creator. If we receive no response in 5 wd a remember notification will be sent with the SM/Regional Manager as collaborator.
After this remember, if we did not receive any response we will close the ticket if 5 wd.
Tickets created from email will not be attended.
