You can add attachments (photo, video and files) to the ticket. The items must not be greater than 3 mb.

In case of having greater attachments, please add a link to the ticket. 

- Vimeo or youtuve link can be added to the item with specific button.

- Link to drive will be added to the text (in this case be aware to provide access to all people).
